| Bill Gallagher, Partner Bill lives in Elk Grove Village with his two daughters. Prior to forming Gallagher and Associates Bill was The Branch Manager for Management Reports and Services (MR&S) in Memphis TN. MR&S is an international company which has offered consulting, tax and accounting services to independent business owners for the past 40 years. Bill was employed with MR&S for 11 years. During that time he served in the capacity of Small Business Counselor and Branch Manager both in Memphis and Chicago. Bill’s area of expertise is the computerization of accounting functions for small business. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting.
