Byron Rossin, Director of Operations Byron came to GLM in early 2004 having spent the first 15 years of his career helping dozens of area businesses grow and prosper both as management and as an independent consultant. He received his bachelor's degree from Northern Illinois University. As the day to day Operations Manager of GLM, Byron works closely with the Partners to support the operations of the practice and career development and resource management of our people. Byron’s daily mission is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our growing accounting and consulting practice. He manages the resources of the firm and maintains all of the systems and tools that allow each of our professional staff to work effectively. He also has staff accounting and consulting responsibilities for most of GLM’s larger clients. Byron has extensive knowledge and skill in most areas of business technology. In addition to internal IT development and maintenance, he provides IT consulting services to many of our clients. Byron is the resident technology guru that all small businesses must have access to in order to survive and thrive.
