| Michelle Langreder, Director of Marketing Michelle came to GLM with a degree in business and ten years of sales and customer satisfaction experience. She joined GLM in 2003. Michelle is responsible for all the aspects of promoting the name of GLM. Just like every other marketing director, Michelle is responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal for GLM. Where Michelle has made a difference to GLM and more importantly our clients is her commitment to customer satisfaction. She realized early on in her career that it is not enough to sell new clients. Michelle has a passion to get it “right”. She continually follows up with new clients to check on GLM’s performance. Michelle personally holds every member of GLM responsible for the promises that were made by the sales staff. She has organized and administered customer surveys to verify that GLM’s current clients are happy. Michelle is vocal and non-compromising when she finds a current client that is not happy or satisfied with the service that they are receiving. Michelle has also organized a GLM Board of Directors, which is comprised of our clients. This Board gives Michelle instant feedback on what we are doing right and what we are doing wrong. More importantly, the board serves as focus group for what we are not doing that we should. To Michelle, marketing is not just selling and giving away pens. Marketing is about improving the relationship we have with future clients.
