Patti Pantaleo, Accounting Manager Patti has helped to develop and maintain all of GLM’s core bookkeeping and accounting processes. She works with our internal staff, as well as many members of our client’s staff, to ensure best practices and control quality. Patti joined GLM in early 2002, after managing her own small business for several years. She started with GLM as a part-time accountant and has grown right along with the company, constantly adding to her knowledge base while refining her accounting and client support skills. In addition to the responsibilities of her management position, she also performs regular monthly accounting, consulting, and tax preparation services for several long time GLM business clients. The scope of Patti’s small business accounting experience and expertise is a true asset to GLM. She can provide insight into every aspect of daily business functions including A/R, A/P, payroll, taxes, and banking. Patti is expert in all of our bookkeeping and accounting tools, especially QuickBooks, in which she is a trained Pro Advisor. All Certified Pro Advisors are specially trained experts who have earned their credentials by passing a rigorous QuickBooks certification course. Patti offers a wide range of services, including QuickBooks setup, training, and troubleshooting. A major part of Patti’s mission as a bookkeeping professional is raising GLM’s professional status. She does this in a number of ways, including making sure that GLM is up to date with the latest changes in bookkeeping, record keeping, filing and small-business tax rules.
